When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and your license key will continue to work until the expiry date already paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
SentinelForge accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our Stripe-secured checkout. All transactions are encrypted with TLS and processed directly by Stripe — SentinelForge never stores your full card details on our servers. What happens to my license if I cancel?
To cancel your subscription, contact our support team via the Contact page with your account email and cancellation request. Our team will process it within 1 business day. What Windows versions does SentinelForge support?

How many devices can I protect?
The number of devices covered depends on your plan: Home Basic covers 1 Windows PC, Home Family covers up to 3 Windows PCs, and Business Shield covers up to 10 Windows PCs under a single license. Does SentinelForge work on Mac or Linux?
SentinelForge is currently a Windows-exclusive product and does not have native clients for macOS or Linux. Our engineering roadmap includes macOS support, but we do not have a confirmed release date to share at this time. What are the system requirements?
SentinelForge requires a 64-bit edition of Windows 10 or Windows 11, at least 2 GB of RAM (4 GB recommended), 500 MB of available disk space for installation, and an active internet connection for threat intelligence updates. Keep your operating system updated and review the download page for the current installer requirements.
How do I install SentinelForge after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your license key and a download link for the SentinelForge installer. You can also access your download at any time from the Downloads section of your Account dashboard. Run the installer, follow the on-screen setup wizard (takes approximately 2 minutes), and enter your license key when prompted — protection activates immediately upon successful activation.
How do I activate my license key?
During the SentinelForge installation wizard you will be prompted to enter your license key — paste it into the activation field and click Activate. If you need to activate on a different device or re-activate after a reinstall, open SentinelForge, go to Settings → License, and enter your key there. Each license key can be activated on the number of devices included in your plan; if you need to transfer a seat to a new device, deactivate it from the old device first via your Account dashboard.
