Refund Policy

Eligible first-time SentinelForge Security subscription purchases may be refunded in full if a refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@sentinelforge.shop or through the Contact page. Include your order confirmation number and the email address used at checkout.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.

• Applies to first-time subscription purchases only — one refund per customer.
• Request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Does not apply to subscription renewals unless required by applicable law.
• Does not apply to purchases made through third-party resellers or app stores — contact the reseller directly.
• Enterprise and custom commercial agreements are governed by the terms of their individual contracts, which may differ from this policy.

SentinelForge Security subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current renewal price. You will receive a reminder before your renewal date.

To prevent renewal, contact our support team before your renewal date to request cancellation. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team directly:
